To help let potential visitors in your area know about your event, we’ve produced an easy-to-use guide to sharing your event details in your community.

A network of heat pump open homes has launched, welcoming visitors to learn what it’s like to live with this green home heating technology.
I’m one of the first ‘heat pump hosts’ in [insert area] and I’m hosting an event for local people to see my heat pump in action and ask me any questions they have about living with a heat pump.
This event will be open to anyone interested in upgrading their home heating system to understand how heat pumps work, and be able to have their questions answered by the people who know best!

Finding local groups
You may already be part of lots of community groups - from WhatsApp groups on your phone, to local sports leagues, to neighbourhood sites like NextDoor and Reddit. Use the content in this pack to share your event with these groups to help spread the word.
You can find more details of local green groups by searching ‘green groups [insert local area]’ online. These groups are likely to have newsletters and their own social media channels to help your event reach those interested in taking the next step on their low-carbon heating journey.
