Old gas boiler would need replacement sometime soon. Better to change in spring and give ourselves the summer/autumn to get used to it. Have green credentials with electric car and thinking of solar panels.

Installing the system

Excellent. Took 4 days and disruption less than expected. Water off for short time and power but able to make contingencies. Installers really worked hard to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Main problem not being IT savvy getting used to the digital system.

Living with a heat pump

Very difficult to say as only just been fitted. Need a spell of cold weather to test it out. Hot water works well. Difficult to say if it will save money.

Visiting my heat pump: We can describe the instillation in detail but as not been installed for long and no cold weather cannot give an accurate assessment of efficiency or cost.

Accessing the venue

Only just had pump installed and weather good so very difficult to say how efficient it is. Good parking semi-detached house 4 bedrooms. Big house with large pump.
