The heat pump is part of a whole house retrofit, to the Passive House retrofit standard (Enerphit). The heat pump install took 4-5 days, which was a full install from scratch and was done to a high standard, in a confined space, and included waste water heat recovery.
The underfloor heating pipes took a day to roll out and pin down, though the edge insulation, to allow for expansion of the solid floor at the wall junctions, was not planned nor done with enough attention to detail).

Fantastic. The heat is even and gentle, there is ample hot water and it is easily controlled.
