Aira air source heat pump in a 1920 - 1944 property

I have just entered my 60s, my wife is in her 50s and we were looking for an eco way to minimise our long term bills. We had solar already so linking up a battery with the heat pump seemed to be the best thing we could do.

Installing the system

standard 3 bed semi in Chorlton, most of the boilers etc went in the loft so there was a lot of pipework. A few early niggles with the install but that was quickly sorted by Aira who have been brilliant. I think all in it took just under a week (they did also put in a battery for the solar)

Living with a heat pump

Its reasonably early days, we've just done a winter and everything has worked fine
