Our old boiler was due to be replaced, after having solar panels fitted a few years ago we decided to opt for a more sustainable option and fitted the heat pump

Air source heat pump

Installing the system

Installation lasted 5 days, 3 days with no heating, we managed with electric heaters, very little mess, the majority of our radiators were changed but not mess or need to decorate which was fantastic

Living with a heat pump

It’s taken a bit of adjusting to setting the temperature and leaving it, we were used to having the gas system switching on and off, now we have a constant temperature

Accessing the venue

All indoor air heat pump fittings have been installed in the loft, accessible by loft ladder
