On the week of the 28th April 2025 octopus installed a cosy 6 heat pump, a 250L white wolf hot water cylinder and replaced all 13 radiators at our property. They removed the cold water tank from the loft, removed our gas boiler, placed a new fuse box at the front of the house and placed the external pipework in trunking. A very neat job. The work took the whole week, we had no heating till the Thursday and only intermittent hot water till Thursday. One of the team also came back on the next Monday to finish some small bits. We had two small leaks during the installation but these were dealt with quickly and caused no damage. The team were also audited during the install. Generally it was a very good experience with a few slightly irritating hiccups, which were dealt with very efficiently.

We had a short cold snap after the install and we stayed lovely and warm... In fact a little too warm and I had to reduce the set temperature (currently 19.5 °C). We have had enough high pressure hot water for four of us, the noise level of the pump is fine and our COP has been around the 3.5 level.
