8.5kw Mitsubishi Ecodan with a Joule 200l tank which works really well the outdoor unit is super quiet and the house is always warm. We have three children and still generally don't run out of hot water. The system is slightly cheaper than gas to run using around 3,000kwh per year to heat the house to 19 degrees, the old gas boiler used to use around 18,000kwh per year in gas for the same. We run it 24/7 on 'weather compensation' so no thermostat during the winter months. We're very impressed with the very even heat and just leaving it to do its thing rather than the constant adjusting the gas boiler needed.
