We are both retired and our old oil boiler was on its last legs, as there is no gas were we live swapping to an air source heat pump seemed the sensible thing to do.

Installing the system

Our heat pump was installed by Octopus who made the whole process extremely easy. After the survey the only changes required to our property were 2 additional radiators and making space for the hot water tank. Octopus dealt with everything else. Once installation started it took the team 3 days from start to finish, everything was left clean and tidy. I can't fault the team who carried out our install - thanks Octopus!!!

Living with a heat pump

It's only been a short while but so far all good and working as expected and running costs look like it will be a good saving over the oil we were using before.
