Detached property, hosted by Autumn

I had my heat pump installed by Octopus. I found their service very easy to deal with, they started by sending a surveyor out to check the property was suitable and what we would need. Several radiators were upgraded as part of the price to ensure that we would have enough heat in some rooms. I also had to get the down stairs repiped to larger pipes, this was an extra cost. I had to arrange a new EPC, and Octopus arranged a asbestos survey. I did not have to pay extra for these. The sales and installation teams were fantastic from beginning to end keeping in touch with me and letting me know progress or what I had to do. A week before installation all the kit was delivered, the three person install team were the cleanest contractors I have ever had, and were able to accommodate my requests about where to install everything.

I've only had it in a week at this point, and its the summer, but so far we have had no problems with hot water. When the pump runs is pretty quiet.
