Gas boiler was 25 years old and on its last legs. We already have Solar, battery and electric car so this was next step on our Green journey.

Installing the system
It appears from talking to the installation team that our system was a “standard installation”
The install went smoothly and the team kept us informed during the process. The install took 4-5 days during late spring. I wouldn’t have liked to have had a winter installation due to heating being off until the final day.

Living with a heat pump
Initially the system worked fine until we noticed our battery was not seeing the power required by the heat pump. This was eventually rectified.
Having a lower temp in the radiators has meant the house is now more comfortable once at desired temperature.
