About me
Household of 5 people. Decided to get the heat pump as boiler was starting to fail. Also costs for heat pump were very good at time of sign up.

Installing the system

Fairly straight forward install with no major issues. Hot water Cylinder space available as had one in my previous gas install. 7 radiators replaced (in place of old) under the install due to being too small to cover heat loss. Installation took 4 days but was installed on a back holiday week, ideally 5 days would have been better to give the team more time.

Living with a heat pump

So far the system has been performing as expected but given the installation was in April, we haven't had to use it for heating, so only been used for hot water. Heat Pump is very quiet, unless you're standing next to it, you wouldn't know it's on.
