My wife Barbara and I decided on a heat pump as we knew that our gas boiler was coming to the end of its life. We also wanted to do our bit for the climate in a small way. We are happy to share the experience if it helps others to make up their minds. It is too easy to see negative comments on social media so we hope we can tell an honest story.

Installing the system

The installation experience was excellent with communication about every aspect and a wonderful team of people doing the install. We did move out for the four days it took which was a very good idea both for us and for the installation team.

Living with a heat pump

To early to talk about the heating as it has been 20degrees+ since it was activated! But hot water is great and noise levels minimal.
