About me
I am a Baptist minister. We installed the heat pump because of our gas boiler was near the end of its life. We decided to go for a heat pump because of its cost benefits and its lower environmental impact.

Installing the system

We have a 4 bed end of terrace property. The heat pump is located outside the kitchen window at the rear of the property. The hot water cylinder in our downstairs bathroom. We had all the radiators in the property replaced as well. The installation took 5 days and it didn't cause a huge amount of disruption. Great team of installers who communicated with us well and were flexible.

Living with a heat pump

The heat pump seems to working efficiently and well. It hasn't intruded massively in our lives. The pump is a large one and the noise of the fan is relatively loud - about the same as having a fan on in your lounge for example.
