About me
We are typical family with two teenagers in the house and my wife works at home and feels the cold. We wanted a simple way to have a warmer house with lower costs yet have a lower impact on the environment.

Installing the system

Had a radiators, water tank and boiler replaced during heat pump install. The boiler was a 9 years old the rest at 20 years old. The old system was gravity feed and was changed to pressurised.

Living with a heat pump

More consistent temperature of the house. Coupled with a time of use tariff (Octopus Cosy) bills have been smaller for a warmer house.
