We would have liked the opportunity to visit a home with a heat pump as initially it seems a big and intimidating change. However now we have taken the leap its not half as scary as you think!

Installing the system

We replaced our combi boiler with a cosy 6 heat pump + water tank and 5 new radiators in our 1960 built 3 bedroom terraced ex local authority home.

Living with a heat pump

We had it installed in July 2025 and are very pleased with it. The install was excellently done by Octopus taking just 3 days.
