Installing the system

I have a 4kW heat pump connected to a radiator system and 180 litre hot water cylinder which replaced an old gas system.

My property is mid terrace so there were some challenges around the location of the heat pump but I got there in the end.

The installation experience was fine and took 4 days in total.

Living with a heat pump

To get the best performance from a heat pump you need to understand how best to set them up, luckily there is plenty of advice available online.

I’ve only had my heat pump a short time, but my hot water costs have halved from my old system.
