Installing the system

We replaced our gas boiler with a heat pump when the boiler reached the end if its life. The installers were first rate and consulted well on the sizing of the pump and required mods. Installation took 3 days. We decided to replace 8 radiators which was a good decision as it allows us to run the system at a lower temperature.

Living with a heat pump

We are at home during the day so running the system continually means we are warm during the day which is a huge plus. Our overall power bill is reduced quite a bit which was an unexpected surprise. We have now had our gas supply disconnected so save on standing charge.

Overall very positive!
