My husband and I are retired and moved to Somerset with our two cats in March 2025. We warmly welcome anyone who would like to see our heat pump in operation, or talk about it over the phone or by text.

Installing the system
Installation team and post-installation engineer were totally amazing. Couldn’t recommend Octopus highly enough. We replaced an old gas boiler.
Living with a heat pump
Quite new so still learning, but so far so good! Also, information provided on how to use the system was really extensive and helpful.
