About me
We wanted to do the right thing for the environment, and also save money as we’ve just retired. We’d like to counter some of the misinformation which is out there about heat pumps.

Installing the system
Our installation process was a bit of an upheaval but Octopus were very good. Most of it was done in 4 days. We had to have preliminary work done, but it didn’t cost anything.
Living with a heat pump
So far it’s been very pleasant. Quiet, and the house is warm. Good to get rid of the gas.
