Living with a heat pump

Our house is a 3 bedroom terrace house built in the 1970s. We have a 5kw Vaillant heat pump together with underfloor heating throughout the house and a 200L water tank in the attic for the hot water. The system has been very well installed and we have a current SCOP of 4.2 since October 2023.

We also have a 6.5kwh solar PV system and a battery which helps reduce the electricity costs for running the heat pump.

Accessing the venue

Free car parking in the estate car park in front of the house. Nearest station is Sydenham and the 122 and 450 buses stop less than a minute walk away.
