Welcome to my Home!
I've had a extensive retrofit journey, This including the installation of a air source heat pump, 180L hot water cylinder, new radiators thought out, 6.7kw Solar PV with optimisers on bidirectional elements of the roof/ Solis 10kw three phase hybrid inverter & a puredrive 25kw battery storage system , 22kw Zappi fast EV charger, cavity wall & room in roof insulation.
We had a single phase looped electricity supply which has been upgraded to a three phase supply, had this relocated from internal to an external wall, smart meter fitted & upgraded consumer units. The batteries are also linked to an emergency power supply so the vast majority of our home can be powered in the every of a power cut.
Upgraded ventilation including,
Heated Postive input ventilation system
Humidity extractor fans to all bathrooms & the kitchen
New smoke alarms fitted throughout & will be having environmental sensors fitted to each room, This provides Montoiring for damp, temperature & CO2 (Air quality) via an app
