1970s built, 3 bed, link-detached house in Aylesbury. 8.5kW Air Source Heat Pump, new radiators and hot water cylinder added in late 2021. This complemented other energy saving measures including: electric car; solar PV and solar hot water; cavity wall insulation; loft insulation; low energy lightbulbs throughout and double glazing.

Parking is available on the road outside the house. There are two steps up to the front door to gain access into the house. However, the heat pump is on the drive and accessible to all to view.
