I have an 11.2kW Ecodan, which is coupled with my GivEnergy Inverter and 9.5kWh battery, plus 3.2kWp of solar panels.
I replaced my gas boiler and hot tank with this Ecodan and a large 300L horizontal tank (which has extra coils) in March this year (2024).
The heat pump is outside, the tank and most of the gubbins is in the old boiler room.
I am a chemical engineer who works in sustainability, so wanted to practice what I preach, and so I have got into all the technical details and I'd be happy to show you how it all works.
