We have a fairly average mid-terrace former council house. It has cavity wall and loft insulation plus double glazing. We use radiators to heat the house. When we installed the heat pump we had to upgrade some of the radiators from the very old single panel ones.

There is free on-street parking or the bus stop for the 46 bus is nearby (the stop for the 26 is within walking distance but up a hill!) There is a flight of steps down to the front door and further steps to view the heat pump
