Living with a heat pump

16kW Daikin heat pump on top of a flat roof mid-terrace. Super insulated EPC B-rated house with underfloor heating throughout. Good heating but INADEQUATE HOT WATER. System cannot get 200L above 55C, which is insufficient for family of 4 showers. Has never reached disinfection temperatures. Possibly due to horizontal tank installed by CB Heating (now EDF), which they have been unable to resolve. Exorbitant energy bills as immersion heater works overtime to supply hot water.
