Installed above attached flat roof garage, combined hot water cylinder/buffer tank directly below within utility room. Existing single zone wet radiator system did not need to be changed, with sufficient double/triple radiators in larger rooms. Property has full cavity wall insulation, solid concrete ground floor (part) and is insulated to building regs standards within rear/loft extensions.
