Living with a heat pump
Heat pump fitted in place of 1990's gas boiler.
Exisitng radiators were retained and a new water cylinder installed as part of a multi staged retrofit.
Cavity wall insulation was installed as requirement to obtain the grant and 250mm loft insulation was already in place.
The heat pump was installed in March and sized to meet the requirements of a side extension and garage conversion, but with additional insulation and replacement windows planned for the existing part of the home.
