Semi-detached property, hosted by Kenneth

My house is an Edwardian semi- detached located in suburban Norwich which I completely refurbished in 2013 with an emphasis on thermal efficiency. I replaced all windows with double glazing units where possible, insulated walls where possible and insulated the suspended floor. I installed the heat pump system in 2023 after working together with the installer to optimise the system design as I had some space restrictions. I also have a 3kWp solar power system. The system consists of the heat pump, 200l hot water tank and a buffer tank for the heating circulation system. Since renovating the house I have collected a lot of data on its thermal performance which I am happy to share.
