Living with a heat pump
I have a small annex - a converted double garage - of one large(ish) room (about 35 sq mt). It has a vaulted ceiling which makes it spacious but difficult to heat. So I've recently (May 2024) installed an air-to-air heat pump. There is an outdoor condenser unit and an indoor evaporator, which looks like a large fan-heater. See 'photos. It not only heats but cools, which is absolutely stonking.
