Living with a heat pump

We had a Mitsubishi EcoDan 11.2 kW air source heat pump installed along with a new hot water cylinder in November 2021 by AllSeasons (Sheffield). The house is purely heated by radiators (a mix of new & existing). The system is working OK now, but there were some problems with the installation initially. I can share what I learnt, and recommendations about how to get one fitted right first time. I am also monitoring the heat pump electricity consumption and performance, if people are interested in that.
We also have solar panels, electric cars, and a vehicle-to-grid car charger.
