Air source heat pump
Installing the system
We were very early adopters and the installers did a very poor job, in fact it didn't work properly for some time. They have been removed by Mitsubishi as installers. But the people who now service the unit have everything working very well.
Living with a heat pump
It works well and I now run it 24 hours a day at 17 degrees during the day and 16 at night and the house is warm enough for me. The hot water still comes from the original gas boiler as it was only a few months old when the air source heat pump was fitted.
