Installing the system

Before installing the heat pump, we had UFH in our kitchen. After the heat pump was installed, we continued installing UFH throughout the downstairs. We kept our original radiators upstairs. However, we have since decided to replace our upstairs radiators as we decorate. The reason being, this will allow us to run the heat pump more efficiently and thus cheaper with better radiators.

Living with a heat pump

Its been brilliant. It is actually cheaper to run than our old combi boiler -which, I admit, was in very poor health
