I am a 62 year old Corporate and Customer Services manager for a large Hull Private Hire Taxi office. I have been involved in customer service for most of my working life. I enjoy travelling and golf. I have 2 grown up daughters living in Manchester and a 19 year old apprentice plumber son, who still lives at home.

Installing the system

The install went very smoothly and was completed after 5 days. Installers were very knowledgeable and professional and respected our property making sure that everything including flooring was clean and tidy at the end of each days work. The workmanship was very tidy and pipe routing was unobtrusive.

Living with a heat pump

I was concerned that the hot water would not be hot enough but it is piping hot with the added bonus that the water pressure is higher. The heat pump is super quiet and is set to run between 4am and 6am at the moment as the weather is good. We have not experienced any problems whatsoever since install.
