Visiting my heat pump
I am happy to show renewable systems to individuals or groups to explain the benefits of integrated systems. If you have question either call or email. For clarity, I am a renewables professional with a business in Clevedon opening my home to demonstrate the benefits of renewables etc.

About this property

Air source heat pump

Installed by Sustain Heating and Renewables

Installing the system

The property was a 1950 bungalow which was renovated and converted in to a house with an internal steel frame. It was insulated to a good standard and heated with underfloor heating throughout. After an independent heat loss assessment the 8.5kw Mitzi Heat pump was selected and installed easily connecting the cylinder and UFH system in the first floor plant room. A dual coil cylinder is installed to accept hot water from the solar thermal system. The property has other renewable systems including solar pv, battery EV chargers and water harvesting.

Living with a heat pump

Well installed heat pumps and ancillary equipment are excellent and the house benefits from a stable ambient warmth throughout the colder months.
