Air source heat pump

Installing the system

We had our heatpump installed in November 2024 by Octopus. It was an intensive week installation that was admittedly more significant than we realised. It was a busy week, with a lot going on throughout the house and a lot of people involved. The team were amazing - very kind and polite, and supportive all the way through. We had a few days of no heating but they provided heaters, and never went long without water, hot water or electricity.  

Living with a heat pump

It's not been long yet, but we're very happy so far. Still getting used to the heating and getting the temperate right, but it's coped perfectly well with the cold weather recently.
