The team were impeccably clean and meticulous about everything. Immediately upon arrival the electrician took me round my property to tell me where everything was going, what was going to happen and when, and how it would look when they were finished. Flawless. It took 4.5 days to complete the install, as there was a delay from a merchant getting other complementary products to site on time. It would have taken 3 days otherwise. 

As a Brit, it is hard to imagine allowing your heating to be on all the time... but it is truly life changing. Aira's system is intelligent, so it learns patterns and behaviours of the inhabitants, as well as connecting to the temperature registered on the heat pump and the thermostat to ensure your home is only being heated when needed. It's even more efficient now I've connected to the Aira Zero tariff with Octopus, as Aira ensures the HP pre-heats my home during the dip periods, and not during the peak hours. It also plans a weekly legionella cycle during the dip period too, so that it's impact is the most cost effective. If there are any faults/errors, Aira uses remote monitoring and alerts to fix any potential issues remotely, and if there is an issue they cannot fix, they contact you to send out an engineer on the same day with their 24/7 emergency call out. They also have provided me peace of mind, with an insurance backed 15 year warranty covering servicing, labour and parts.
