About me
We are very worried about our impact on the climate, and want to do as much as we can in a little way to hold it back. But also this was not an expensive proposal. We needed a new boiler and a gas boiler would’ve cost us nearly as much because of the government grant scheme..

Installing the system

The installation took about six days. It was fairly disruptive to us as they had to fit new radiators as well, but there was a big team involved and they were very friendly and helpful to us.

Living with a heat pump

We absolutely love our heat pump. It’s so great to be able to be in a pleasant atmosphere of warmth throughout the house at whatever temperature we would like,  and always to be able to fill up a bath as much as we want!
The fact that this is also green energy really pleases us too. With our solar panels and EV charger our house is now EPC
