Installing the system

I live in a three-bed mid-terrace house built in 2001. It's reasonably well-insulated so I thought I'd go for it! I got an induction hob at the same time so I could have my gas supply disconnected for good. The installation took 4.5 days and was quite easy, except it happened in December so it was chilly!

Living with a heat pump

It's super easy and I don't think about it much at all. I've got the app which works well, but I really don't engage with it much unless we go on holiday.

Accessing the venue

There's paid parking right outside our house and buses 5/5A/5B stop nearby. Our house is step free from the pavement and you can see the heat pump clearly from inside, but there’s a step at the back door and the water tank is up a flight of stairs.
