Octopus air source heat pump in a post 2003 property

I'm interested in renewable technology, and have made an investment in an electric car, solar panels and a battery before installing the heat pump. All of these are leading to a reduction in running costs and will soon have paid back the original investment.

Air source heat pump

Installing the system

Installation took a week, as the cylinder needed to be changed, along with some radiators. There is some new external piping, but it is on a side of the house we don't see, so not intrusive.

Living with a heat pump

It takes a little bit of getting used to, but we can now have the house at a more even temperature (a little warmer than before) for less money.

A parking space would always be available
