As a modern property installation was fairly straightforward. No new radiators were required. Had to apply for planning approval and have scaffolding erected.. no worries.. Octopus arranged all this. The installation team were excellent.. explained every step of the way and clearly demonstrated all the functions etc. Couldn’t be more delighted with the excellent service from start to finish from the Octopus team.

Exceeded expectations… can hardly hear it outside. Plus octopus cosy plan gives you 8 hours a day of 50% cheaper electricity. And you can change all the settings on a brilliant phone app.
