Installing the system

I went out to the market and got a couple of quotes and Octopus Energy came out far the best option after benefiting from the government grant. We had 5 radiators changed and a new 300L hot water cylinder installed the install took 4.5 days. the Octopus install team were great keep us up to date on what they were doing next and when we could expect HW (only off for one night) to be back and when heating would be back on (Only off for 2 nights).

We also swapped our gas hob for an induction hob a few weeks before the install and had out gas service removed at the same time as the heat pump install
