I am the director of the plumbing company that fitted my heat pump. I felt that if we were going to sell and install them I should have first hand experience of living with one!

Installing the system

Pretty straightforward as we had an unvented cylinder already, this was swapped out for the heat pump cylinder and put back in the same location. No distruption as all the pipework went up through the loft and down to the heat pump outside. We did have to get planning permission as we're in a conservation area but this was pretty straightforward.

Living with a heat pump

Warm house, hot water and reduced bills.... Whats not to like!
