Daikin air source heat pump in a 1945 - 1964 property

Adrian

I knew my boiler was in need of work so instead or a repair I decided to change everything over to an ASHP, since its install I've now added a battery and some solar which has reduced running costs, the property is now warm 24/7. There's too many people who understand how ASHP's work so if I can help anyone get their head around what to expect and explain how it's set up, I'm happy to help do so.

Installing the system

Install took 4 days with Octopus, removed old boiler and Gas Meter, Larger Radiators installed in most rooms,

Living with a heat pump

We have found the house to be warmer than before, energy bills are cheaper but this is probably down to the way it's been set up along with the addition of Solar and especially house battery system which I would highly recommend.
