Installing the system
The installation with Octopus Energy was brilliant. The team were professional, efficient, and friendly. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and left the place spotless. The whole process was seamless, and I’d highly recommend them!
Living with a heat pump
Living with a heat pump has been great, better than I expected. My main concern was the noise, but honestly, I can’t hear it at all. Compared to my old boiler, it’s actually quieter, and it’s been working perfectly so far.
