Installing the system

The installation process was very neat, the pipes went under the floor and we actually got round to tidying the cupboard under the stairs so it's more usable and stores more stuff now even though it has a cylinder and pipework in it. It was nice to be able to put it out the front rather than taking up space in the garden. Took about 3 days.

Living with a heat pump

It's been great - noticed very little difference really compared with the previous gas combi. It does blow cold air out the front on cold days which makes the car parked in front of it more likely to be frosty. It's very quiet and I can't imagine it disturbing us or the neighbours. The controller is a little unintuitive, as many are these days, but no complaints, it's really good.

Accessing the venue

There is good street parking and you're probably welcome to park on the drive if you give us a bit of notice. Do not confuse with 3 Spa Drive which is 2 doors down.
