Installing the system

Our experience with Octopus Energy was really great, it took us a week in total and the team was amazing. They fully explained what they were doing and how the system would work. We basically had minor changes made to the house, mainly in the loft so we’re chuffed!

Living with a heat pump

It’s been a good experience, reminds me of having a water tank as a child but much better! It takes longer to warm up so you just figure out your schedules before you need heat. The water is much faster to start than on demand gas, as our 2020 boiler took ages!
