About me
We elected to put a heat pump in, pre-empting our 25 year old boiler eventually failing. We did it pretty blind, so if we can share our experience with others in the same situation, then hopefully others can make the leap.

Octopus installation. We already had PV solar and battery storage and an EV.
Living with a heat pump
First winter and everything has gone really well. House is warmer than before and bills seem to be lower.
