Air source heat pump

Installed by Element 5

Installing the system

3 months total. I arranged a few contractors for insulated plasterboard, filling cavity walls. I did some myself, eg lifting and re-fitting wooden suspended floor, new radiators. Contractor from London (Element 5) did the ASHP and new plumbing, and were excellent.

Living with a heat pump

Warm cosy house. Using variable tarriff and strategic heating times, cheaper than gas boiler.

Accessing the venue

Not wheelchair accessible (step over threshold). Parking on street (3hour bay).
