I live here with my wife, son and 2 cats. I work in the technology industry and have, over the last 4 years, converted the house to be much closer to carbon neutral.

Installing the system

We put in a heatpump as part of a series of investments in the house to make it as close to carbon neutral as possible. We also wanted to take advantage of the Governements Residential Heat Incentive. We also have solar panels and batteries plus an electric vehicle. Happy to talk about our experience with all of them.

Living with a heat pump

The house is definitely a more consistent temperature than it was with our gas boiler and we haven't noticed any difference with hot water; it's still plenty hot enough for a shower! The cost per month is comparable to our gas bill.

Visiting my heat pump: Hi, we've had a heat pump for 4 years and we love it. Happy to talk you through the up and down sides of them and some things to watch out for with an installation.

Message Rob if you want to ask them something about their heat pump or the process of getting one installed. Click request a visit above if you want to arrange a visit.

Accessing the venue

There's space on the drive if someone wants to park. Route to the heatpump itself is accesible but house isn't.
