Installing the system

handful of radiator changes, and a replacement hot water tank.
Installation was one week, with 1 day of prework preparing the outdoor location for the HP

Living with a heat pump

Generally very happy with the warmth and comfort.  Efficiency was decent to start with and is improving with small tweeks here and there
